      Pros

      Helping customers every day, feeling that you're doing something worthwhile, really good office atmosphere. Supportive colleagues.

      Cons

      Unsupportive team leader who had obvious favourites, certain staff allowed to get away with being late because they know someone who works there. After suffering a chest infection- being told it wasn't an adequate reason for being off sick, but if I was having an operation it would be. Huge workload and unrealistic expectations.
