      Lovely building, as working environment is important, the department has a vision and is passionate about what it does to articulate that vision.

      Team structure a bit muddled, technology could be improved upon.

      If you are seeking Greencard sponsorship, this company is a nightmare. Managers try to persuade you stay with the company at the beginning by promising sponsorship after staying for several years. But when time comes legal tries to post all kinds of obstacles to make the process super slow and difficult. This company is going to lose more and more talents. Pay is not good as well, they cannot match market price for good employees and they admit it. Some managers take it personal when people leave the company and may try to do anything to make them feel bad, or speak bad things about them after their leave. Not very professional.
