      Pros

      A very good employer with good values displayed. Opportunity to develop skills, input to management decision-making etc. I would recommend to others.

      Cons

      Company is German and hence much of the senior management is German. While the official language is English you will still need to have experience from a German company perspective to progress to the higher levels.
