Pros
Great company to work for. Cares about it's employees, and lots of good benefits. Senior Leadership can be trusted, and overall, just a great atmosphere.
Cons
As in many big companies, where an enormous amount of money is spent on health benefits, they have now "forced" everyone onto a high deductible health plan, instead of being able to choose between PPO and HDHP. There was a lot of grumbling about that.
