      Good Benefits, friendly employees for the most part

      Cons

      HR Management lacks integrity, they only look out for themselves and do not believe in teamwork, stifling environment, no work-life balance, management needs to get a life. Feel sorry for anyone who works here...all they care about is catering to the rich investment managers.

      The Campus is a beautiful set up, they have top notch learning programs, competitive compensation and a great place to build lasting friendships and contacts.

      Cons

      There is frequent leader change, difficult to get the sails under a new leader to build upon before there is another change, along with a change of philosophy.
