      Misleading and dont do what they say

      Pros

      I was lured with promises of career progression and earning potential. None of which was true.

      Cons

      Even during redundancy, when told that if going for a role in a different dept, a member of staff at risk of redundancy would have priority over another... Again, they didn't hold true to their word. In short, good for nothing lying waste of space.

      Pros

      Flexibility, manager's close relationship. Location in Barcelona for AZ Spain headquarters is cool.

      Cons

      Very steady structure, with low chances of being promoted. Plus, salary could be faaar much better.

      Pros

      Fantastic company with amazing opportunities for personal development. Offers great range of professional qualifications and if you stay long enough salaries are very competitive.

      Cons

      multiple locations means a lot of travel. Company is trying to modernise but it's still quite stuck in the formalised look and feel of a financial service organisation
