      Pros

      They have nice amenities, clean environment, steady hours if you are a regular employee and not a temp employee. Holidays and weekends off.

      Cons

      Difficult to work your way into regular employee status, low paying as a temp employee. Feel every day like it may be the last day of an income. Benefits are poor and very expensive.

      Great experience, learn about insurance accounting which is the hardest accounting in all industries. Somewhat organized, and fun. Some of the best people I met

      Professional, high quality, productive, charitable organization. Numerous internal practices and programs that engaged and provided professional resources to employees

      Cons

      Annuity focus makes it market sensitive when interest and returns are low. Overhead wedded to Allianz of America, making it easier for low return companies to defund HR.
