      Pros

      Working in a global environment has been a great experience for me. I've learned a lot in my 3 years and a lot of that has to do with the diversity of colleagues I have the privilege of working with.

      Working in a global environment tends to slow down large scale projects and removes some of the decision making ability from the various regions.

      Great employee training. Promoted within. Top level management have a vision and follow through with commitments.

      Long hours. Too much blaming of other groups. Our team meetings always included the topic "Even if it's not our fault, we are going to get blamed if something goes wrong. What can we do ..."
