      Pros

      Without a doubt, the best focus I have ever seen on the personal and professional development of employees by an organisation. Managers cannot be managers without going through a very structured and considered, detailed training process. This enables a good culture. Excellent pay and benefits. Clear culture. Clear vision and values.

      Cons

      The only downside I experienced was location. It was just too far from home to maintain the commute.

      Pros

      Excellent learning opportunities and get to learn about the whole insurance business and its model. Get to learn about products and how to manage them and market them to clients.

      Cons

      Many silos in the organisation. People are not willing to help each other but only care about their department. Very traditional company.

      nothing was good. the interviewer was beautiful. 20 word are too much to describe it

      everything wasnt good the company is not serious and the recruitmen was a bluff, they offered me 500 euro
