      A great company to work for. Look after their staff and try to deliver great service for their customers. A clear agenda for all actions

      Cons

      No very fast moving. Change can be slow to happen and technology is not embraced as much as it should be. Facilities are also a little dated

      Job security and opportunities to move within the group. Bonuses are regularly paid and training is provided to all. Management are usually homegrown and progression is clear to see.

      Cons

      Slow to change and very risk averse. Sometimes can be seen as giving mixed messages especially around being customer centric. Very money orientated.
