      Pros

      - Good people - Confident execs - Excellent outlook and future plans - If in a main office such as Birmingham or Bristol good career progression - Reasonable offices - Flexible working in place - excellent place for parents - Very good benefits

      Cons

      - Old systems, new ones dont work 100% - frustrating and can lose valuable man hours - Some middlemanagement stuck in their ways - silo based mentality - Unfair wages. Reward is being worked on but a lot still feel unfairly treated.

      Great facilities, good benefits, and a genuine commitment to volunteer work. Relatively stable. They are a leader in the products they offer.

      Cons

      Very political. Too much reliance on contractors to perform core functions and support. Relatively low employee turnover limits advancement opportunities.
