      Pros

      A long established company that was bought out by Euler Hermes ACI in 2007 or so.

      Cons

      Turnover in upper management and a lot of confusion after Euler Hermes started calling all of the shots. Company started to change for the worse a few years after being acquired.

      Pros

      Great campus. Decent benefits. Seem to do a lot in the community. Those just a little bit higher up than me did seem to have good perks.

      Cons

      Rushed training. Stressful environment due to high call volume. Emphasis on metrics means client satisfaction takes a back seat. Compensation is low. Watching and hearing about the fun company events while tied to a phone 8 hours a day is a bit demoralizing. Most promotions seem to be into call center or processing positions and require a minimum of one year in the current position.
