      Pros

      Aside that you work very hard, salary is good. The competition just kills the atmosphere and there are not may good relationships.

      Cons

      I haven't got much to add here. The open issues should be resolved in an appropriate way and the the need to be a responsible employer shouldn't be discarded.

      Pros

      Opportunities for career development, employee recognition programs, fun events such as SOAR month and Spirit of Giving, beautiful campus, great benefits. They make you feel like you truly matter as an employee here.

      Cons

      The only cons I would have are from my time spent in the contact center. Working in that department you miss out on fun events during the day and some managers in this area are not very supportive.
