      Every year minimum you would get 1lpa more guaranteed for a average performer excellent performer can get upto 2lpa... Company gives out some dishes to employees every now and then Team outings in every quarter spot awrds,admire awards lot of ways to earn

      Nothing as such as of now...as of now they 25% on site opportnities increase it to 50%

      Pros

      nice working environment managers tend to care about the staff you can move around the building a fair bit if you wish to gain experience but your wage will not alter too much

      Cons

      slow progression heavily weighted on experience rather than potential (for any grads that are looking) not much of a social element outside of work basic level stuff
