Pros

Commission is high compared to most competitors. Niche market product allows for greater control of the sales process. International possibilities are endless with Euler or parent Allianz. Benefits are extremely competitive

Cons

Career development is non-existent. Hard work/results doesn't bring any opportunity or visibility. The Euler brand and market's awareness of this product leave a lot to be desired.

Really good work life balance, 38h contract, all overtime is compensated with free time

Cons

Very limited possibilities to develop money wise. You are paid by seniority, not by what you achieve.

Nice building and people are generally pleasant to work with Strong PR machine keeps the company in favorable light

Cons

Management is largely white males with limited perspective or experience outside the insurance world. Real world thinking and innovation come second to " lets do what they are doing" It is a passive agressive culture where the real discussions are behind closed doors. There is a constant PR machine inside and outside the company. If you are smart enough to see through the smoke and mirrors, you are isolated. Career progression is limited to the men's club
