      Pros

      PTO is decent (4 weeks and major holidays). Parental leave is excellent. Company does month long employee appreciation in the fall, which can be fun. Nice campus with cafeterias, gym (membership fee required), small convenience store, packages can be sent there, and a nice courtyard. You can definitely grow in your career here. Especially if you connect with the right people/right department.

      Cons

      With any place, politics. Not all managers lead in the same way, so your work life balance is conditional upon your department’s needs and if your leadership is good. In my situation, it wasn’t always the best. The work environment was all about the rat race and trying to out perform others. If that’s not your cup of tea, try a different department. Technology is in the medieval times.
