Allianz provides a wide range of self-development for their employee. Training, on-site seminars, and activities involving bonding between colleagues are done monthly. Also working environment is suitable for work-life balance—no overtime or crunch. Relationships between the manager and staff were well maintained and everybody has a chance to improve and prove themself as worthy of their work and also for the team.

Cons

The biggest cons of working in Allianz is the low based salary for staff.
