-Friendly and caring business for its employees with good benefits and great colleagues. -Exciting new product portfolio to use cutting-edge technology

Cons

-Low pay, although the industry is back after the pandemic. -Career progression can be limited without relocation or a change of department -Slow decision-making -New product design decisions tend to follow traditional methods coming from the past. Therefore it reflects change management difficulties.

Cons

HR and Management practices are most toxic in nature. They surround themselves with people of very low calibre, conceal information from going out to parent company in France. Almost all engineers upto senior managers directly work with French colleagues and managers. If you complain on the toxic culture to parent, both HR and management will put on coaching session with an intent to somehow fire you. Almost all division heads are incompetent.
