      Pros

      Remote working, Flexibility Diversity of work positions. Young staff.

      Cons

      Bureaucratic, Some old fashioned minded management "à la francaise" who appointed their clones as managers and so forth. Technically, trend is to make everything complicated to justify a large department size. Operations from the 80's with incredible processes killing any motivation.

      Excellent company to work for, they really do look after their staff and are growth driven, wealth creators who are engaging and caring, for their staff and customers alike.

      Too corporate at ACO level that can sometimes hinder growth
