      International company, a lot of opportunities to work abroad Leader in its domain Pleasant offices, especially on the French Riviera Relatively young and diverse company Covers the whole spectrum of IT, from search algorithms, back end development to GUI and mobile applications

      1) Nice surroundings 2) Good food facilities 3) well placed telecommunications for meetings between different teams/countries 4) possibility to work in other offices outside Europe 5) quite good benefits

      Cons

      1) very old fashioned internal processes and tools making the work extremely inefficient and ineffective 2) protection of work places by imitating work 3) closed to innovation, change and new ideas 4) management is rather leading by power and is not aware about other management principles 5) English skills below average considering international scope
