      Good company to work for. You and learn & grow. You do have option to change the areas, location etc. Place where you can experience flexibility.

      Cons

      This is everywhere. You can fine few things which can irritate you but keep the patience and you will get what you want.

      Pros

      Consistent growth brings opportunities. Core Airline IT business is a good place to work.

      Cons

      New businesses division is not so well managed, with lots of disgruntled employees and higher employee turnover at mid/low levels of management, with rather a bullying management culture. It is a very silo-ed business (perhaps unless you are based in Nice or Madrid)
