      Pros

      Very laid back atmosphere. Interns work as much as employees and the pay is decent compared to many other companies in France.

      Cons

      Can't get full time employee status unless you know somebody at the top, no matter how qualified you are. Forget about reaching out to HR unless you are buddies with them. It's very frustrating to say the least when your qualifications and past excellent performance reviews should help you get a job but in this case,nope.
