      Pros

      Amadeus is a multi cultural company that employs some amazing passionate people. All working for that same purpose which is to make the future of travel better, most of the people here are passionate about the airline industry. Nonetheless they welcome with pleasure people with no experience in the area.

      Cons

      Amadeus runs a top-down management business. Ideas comes from the managers. The location is what is making me leave.

      - Competitive salary for the French Riviera (No IT Big player around...) - Top Customers: Big Airlines and Big Online Agencies - Smart Employees - Top-Tier Trainings - Really good atmosphere among employees

      - Too much bureaucracy when Agility is becoming a buzz word.... - Inconsistent management... Difficulty to grow as the organization is kept like this...
