Management old style, strong hierarchical and pyramidal structure Low salary based on school and not experience Bonus and salary increase very poor. Not real enticement there.

Too heavy processes and internal tools. Too many teams makes work inefficient and redundant

International environment, leader in industry, fantastic work-life balance, great benefits once in permantly.

Cons

Terrible pay for entry "work experience / graduate" as they call it - extortion with very little chance of progression if in this starting position, regardless of performance in current position. Things are often done half way, yet still pushed forward. But continue to lead.
