Liked the culture, but it can be bad depending on the team. Good benefits, leave policy and WLB

Cons

They use old tech stack. It's difficult to prioritize migrating to new tech stack as customers say they do not want it and we have a lot of other tasks in the backlog

In my opinion, it is a great place to work since it is a new center with many new opportunities available. Work-life balance is good, there is not much pressure for fast delivery, and there are ample resources in each team. As Amadeus makes large profits every year, they are giving their employees a substantial raise. Compared to other product companies in Pune, the yearly hike is pretty good.

Cons

Several misleading negative comments were made about Amadeus Pune, which were not true. Management at Amadeus Pune should take action on behalf of these individuals. It is too cold on the floor due to the high AC
