Work culture here is so toxic that you will want to run away.. Only people who are favourites or boot lick the managers get good hike and promotions.. If you are one of those who believes in hard work more than show off and boot licking then you will not get either good hike or opportunities or growth.. Managers here have affairs going on with their subordinates, and such subordinates get on site opportunities, great hikes and growth even after performing below average.. There is no point of a whistel blower because HR does not take any action against it.. I felt that HR department knows that such cheap things are going on in the company but they turn a blind eye, possibly because they are either scared of powerful managers or due to the fact that they have some benifits out if such a system.. This place has given me worst experience of my career.. Request people to stay away from this company if you want peace of mind in life..

If you are not french is almost impossible to become a manager Legacy messy code. Poor infrastructure - almost every week there is something stopping you to work (network down, some tools are clean and you can't work, latest compilation tool is broke so you can't compile your code, etc). The office is located in Heathrow so you will hear lots of planes.
