Too many corporate bureaucracy

Pros

Difficult to find pros, there are some individuals who make life easier inside, but overall not the case

Cons

- Going back in time and asking everyone back to office, when there are people who work with teams abroad (back to office to attend zoom calls?) - Management only cares about their goals, set without the team's input btw. - They sell as a huge thing "wearing several hats" which means nothing more than putting people to perform 2 roles at the same time with the promise of having only a 50/50 workload (thing that obviously never happens)

Pros

Opportunity to explore new technologies and work on exciting projects which directly help airlines and travel agencies among other travel players. Diverse working environment with over 80-90 nationalities in one site.

Cons

Slow growth - One can understand during Covid crisis but even after that the growth in terms of salary is slow. Some line managers are biased and it can have a negative impact.
