Tech stack is outdated There isn't a lot of good work in most teams, developers are made to do random manual repititive tasks or maintenance work, and barely any development. There is virtually no learning curve. Tasks are not properly planned and people often end up having no structured work. Sexism is rampant. Maybe not in terms of opportunities but it seems very common for teams to view women as liabilities and these views are made known publicly while others (including people in managerial roles) laugh and cheer on.
