1. Having good infra, food or working in a company i.e. leader in travel domain is all VIRTUAL happiness. 2. The work here in 80% of teams is crap. Dull and boring work, no chance of growth. 3. Service company in the name of product 4. Company run by a bunch of people who feels like the owners of a MNC company. HR has no say in policies. 5. There is no scope of adding value to the organization, however hard you may try. 6. Incompetent senior management, there is no culture in the organisation. 7. Doesn't help you build a career, not at all good for freshers, no scope of learning. 8. High attrition rate at all levels. 9. Only way to retain freshers is 2 yrs bond agreement at the time of joining, outdated approach i today's ecosystem.

Pay. Getting stuck on projects. Over reliance on the individual instead of a team.
