Pros

The company is in very good financial health and shows a continual growth. The overall good ambiance. Some good geographic sites...

Cons

Technologies used are not always very modern. There is quite an important stress put on the staff given the huge amount of work and limited resources in some situation.

Pros

Company profit sharing (forced by french law).

Cons

Own buggy technology, poor management, only people with the best university degrees are considered for promotion, elitism.

Pros

Very good internship opportunities, with good compensation and freedom to develop ideas. Almost 200 internees are welcomed every year, most being employed full time after this first experience. However, salaries are good only if you come from a top university. Life in French Riviera is outstanding: beach during summer, skiing in winter. Many activities, sun 300 days per year, Cannes festival, Italy, Monaco, medieval villages, priceless cultural richness.

Cons

Outrageous salary differences depending on education. Promotions depend mostly on education, regardless of hard work and dedication (annual performance review for bonuses only, employees cannot give feedback on their management), with very few topdowns (once a year) and no horizontal communication (political wars between teams and divisions). Human resources completly absent after contract signature, thus no career development of employees. And forget about industry standards in development, everything must be inhouse technology.
