- The team I worked in was exciting and friendly. - We followed SAFe methodology, which is quite modern, even for an old and established company. - There is a lot of knowledge within and across teams to be learnt. - Technology and development tools are well established and maintained. - Great office, free breakfast, lunch and snacks, and they also provide transport for a nominal fee.
Cons
- Since the domain is specific to travel, as a software developer, it can be challenging to pick up domain related knowledge and stay interested. - The salary isn't as competitive as a lot of top companies that higher freshers. - Getting recognised outside your team takes time due to structured hierarchy and slow management processes.
