Pros

sometimes many hours which is good for overtime, 4 day workweeks unless you choose to work the 6 days if avaialble

Cons

if you want to move up be next to the PA all the time asking questions otherwise you will be passed over because they dont actually post anything for advance just if your in the clique you will get the advancement, some PAs and others are very bias to some.
