Pros

A Global standard of work. Almost all seniors makes you feel respected and comfortable in every situation. Amazing HR support. Fair nature of judgement and acknowledgement. Extremely ambient workspace. Lots of Provision to employees including Leaves, Food and Transportation, Shift changing, realization and acceptance of emergencies with support. The FEEDBACK team constantly takes our feedback everyday. Trainers and automated process update via emails. Flexible lunch break system, as per individual. GROWTH is directly proportional. If you prove to be a good employee then this Organisation does everything to help you. Insurance policy.

Cons

There is only a small difference in the salaries of Experienced Employees and Trainees/New Hires which makes the other person more or less worthy.
