Pros

- cutting edges technologies -always developing new standards and strategies in fields that there was no activity before

Cons

- Management dont have a clue on what is happening, but they have demands. - Even tough its a purely IT company, a large part of management is not familiar with anything IT related. so its hard for them tu undersatnd the processes and the blockers
