Pros

Amazon has helped me learn to move quick and fail fast. Through out my years here, I have reinvented myself to help try the business, a win win. There are lots of opportunities to learn and grow.

Cons

A lot depends on the team/organization you join. Some teams are more helpful and supportive than others. The culture continues to evolve as the company grows.
