Pros

Good name and good experience. You get to work with a good number of smart, driven individuals.

Cons

Working long hours, especially during peak season. Little upward mobility. There was a perception that senior management had a three year and out perspective. In other words, talented people would come on, work hard for three years, and then be expected to move up or out. Turnover was extremely high within operations, and there needed to be a focus on creating a sustainable workforce. This high turnover created undo variance and troubles within the processes and for managers.
