Pros

They have secondary schooling options and help with financing. They train you so you know everything you need to know. They provide food on holidays and pay OT.

Cons

Do not care about your physical or mental well-being. Some people have a God complex if they are wearing a “special” vest. Safety is so inconsistent with the pandemic.
