Pros

In my role I get to help train and develop associates and I see more of what the associates struggle with learning. That way I can help the managers better understand where their team is lacking.

Cons

This warehouse/job is not for everyone. If you can’t work consistently 10 hours a day on your feet at a fast pace, look elsewhere. There’s an expected rate everyone in each department needs to hit and if you’re in the bottom, you’ll be seeing your way out of a job soon. It’s absolutely reachable to maintain the rates, but for very few/unmotivated people who just want a pay check they will not make it. There’s also A LOT of walking if you’re in an indirect role (process assistant/any level above associates that are not on stations all day) so keep that in mind if you want to move up!
