Pros

Amazon is a company that will see your potential and its job, other than having Customer Obsession, is allowing their associates to flourish and learn whatever the want to in order to make their workplace a fun and active place to be.

Cons

As a Trainer, we see people come and go through our facility, and it's always had starting a relationship with an associate, watching their growth, and seeing them get promoted and leaving us for another warehouse. However, the loss is worth the gain.
