Pros

Various shift schedules and hours to choose from. Offers a program called Flex that allows you to choose what days and shifts you want to work as long as work 4 hours min a week. Able to transfer to another unit/ job within 30 days. Offers great opportunities for continuing education and advancement opportunities

Cons

Your job is preassigned when you are first hired based of needs of the the company, not necessarily by your skillset. (For fulfillment) Can be terminated by being 1/2 a point under designated point system no matter reliability or productivity record. You are looked at as a unit of labor and all that matters is that you hit your production quota. Work is not hard just very repetitive.
