Pros

There is Always opportunity for advancement if you take the endless opportunity offered.

Cons

Repetitive movements, ( so you need to take personal responsibility take mini 2 min. breaks and stretch.) Proper training is dismal, I wish I could take over the training program, the the main complaint I hear from everyone, they sit you and go over rules and regulations, which is important, but lack proper training, best practices, and setting everyone for success. Again, if I was able to I would change that. So, I'm a self motivated person, so I basically went out of my way to learn the best possibly way to do my job in the most effective and efficient way on my own, then sharing that with my coworkers who wanted to work as effectively as me. - management are about rates, verses empowerment... I get they are under stress to meet their quota, but then they should train the PAs to empower the associates to learn how perform at their optimal best without burning out or hurting themselves, ( cause there is a secret to meeting the rates) without burning out. ) other than that, it's a super great to work, if you are a self motivated person, team player, and honestly want to make sure we meet customers expectations.. sky's the limit if you really want to fly...
