Pros

The pay is OK, but Great benefits including free work shoe allowance, great health/dental/vision-care, free educational courses that don't have to be work-related, multiple job type opportunities .... all with advancement

Cons

Pay could be better for work being done. 12 hour physically demanding shifts with only a 30 minute and then 45 minute break or 10 hour shifts with 2 - 30 minute breaks. Work can become tedious and robotic after a while. Lots of Nepotism and Favoritism for advancement positions. Must have "Personal Time" accrued to go home if you are feeling unwell. No headphones or speakers for music

Pros

Coworkers were nice and competitive to beat each other’s parking rates

Cons

Packing rates don’t make sense when having to deal with large items. Of course it takes longer to pack large and heavy items.
