Pros

Pay and benefits are ok

Cons

Over work mandatory Voluntary time off and Mandatory over time, pressure employees to take time off or stay longer, even if they have low head count to run operations, still pressure employees to take voluntary time off also they don't tell ya if you take to many voluntary days off, you terminated. nothing stop the process, even when a female worker had torn her shorts off from the conveyor belt and would not lend a pair of sweat pants from the company swag store due to policy of not having enough swags bucks and had female employee continue work in this condition. Also does union busting
