Pros

When the rain is falling and storms are raging, Amazon is the place to turn to for security and stability. Weather out the storm, deal with the dirty until the clouds break and there's a new day.

Cons

It will be painful because fundamentally Amazon doesn't understand people. Or they do understand people but they just don't care to provide the things that foster meaning.

Pros

Working with AAs was engaging, there was always something to take on and PAs were encouraging to own their areas/processes.

Cons

Limited ability to make change beyond your area/direct relationship with your AM.
