Pros

Good job for anyone who just wants to work with no promotion.

Cons

They LIE. Not like any other employer but about almost everything. If you're looking for a job to work hard and get promoted don't work for Amazon

Pros

Work as a manager without reward

Cons

Overworked, little pay, you are replaceable when frustrated, I'll only recommend if you're desperately in need of a job, otherwise look elsewhere.

Pros

Opportunity is endless. Amazon will pay for school and in the right setting allow for you to work your way into leadership roles, learning new things, and developing great leadership skills/experience. AMAZING benefits!

Cons

Not much bad to say, in my opinion it's all about the mindset you have in life and have you approach this job that will affect you the most. Don't take work home with you.
