Pros

Pay could be better (you'll hear all the time how our pay is "competitive"), but it's not bad. Benefits are fantastic. Can be a lot of fun when HR puts in an effort - little events on breaks, passing out snacks on shift, etc. For a select few, there are fun business opportunities- catered lunches, Away Team assignments, etc.

Cons

Management only listens to ideas that make money. Amazon only cares about associates up to a point - improvements to the job and the facility come slowly. Upper management comes off as ingenuine and secretive. As a Process Assistant, too much was expected of us for the pay offered: barely a dollar more than entry level. Process Assistants lead shift, and let's pray you have an active Area Manager, and not one who checks emails for six hours a shift. Then you're really on your own.
