Underpaid and Overworked

Pros

The time-off is the one good thing about Amazon.

Cons

Overworked and underpaid, little opportunity to move up because the hiring practice is literally "tell me about a time you did this" and that determines your worth. Not what you have done on the floor or how useful you are.

Pros

Stable schedule, good compensation and great benefits. I work with some really solid people. Can be challenging in a good way.

Cons

Depending on the department you end up in it's easy to get burnt out or jaded because of the stress and expectations. Sometimes feel like a glorified babysitter.
