Pros

The dress code is very relaxed. The environment wasn't extremely uptight; I didn't have to be too professional. It was easy to establish good working relationships with people.

Cons

Some of the managers need better people skills. They also think they know everything and aren't open to learning new things, especially from those at a lower level than themselves.

Pros

Amazon genuinely cares about each and every associate. They are geared twords helping you advance up the ranks within the company. They thoroughly train you and give you the tools needed to succeed. I would reccomend anyone to work for this company. They give you a good work/life balance unlike other warehouses you get 3 days off a week accept for busy seasons you will work occasional overtime.

Cons

i don't have any cons as i have not had any negative encounters on the job at amazon.
