Pros

I have worked in Operations at Amazon for 2.5 years. Benefits are good and pay is above average. Huge emphasis on safety of associates and having fun at work. Plenty of room for advancement and will pay for your Associates Degree or a trade. Also give you free training to become an IT tech.

Cons

Long hours on your feet in a dry dusty environment but that’s just life in a fulfillment center.
