Pros

-Good hourly pay with steady raises every six months. -Easy enough job if you meet rate and can keep focused. -Meeting interesting people all day from all walks of life. -Opportunity for upward mobility.

Cons

-Random mandatory overtime, get ready to cancel on friends and family for about four months out of the year. -Brutal scheduling in general. -Extremely hot or cold warehousing, depending on which facility you're in. -Very very corporate mindset in middle management.
